Water protection and conservation areas Carinthia

Protected areas for the protection of water supply installations pursuant to Paragraph 34(1) of the WRG 1959, which are adopted by decision of the water law authority responsible for approving these installations. Closed areas for the protection of general water supply pursuant to Section 34(2) of the WRG 1959, which are issued by decree of the Governor of the State or the Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, the Environment and Water Management, Protection and sanitation areas for the security of future water supply in accordance with § 35 WRG 1959 and protection of healing springs and healing bogs pursuant to § 37 WRG 1959, which are issued by orders within the meaning of § 34 WRG 1959.
