Dataset description

TEKORTZ_CULTUURCENTRUM_STADSDEEL City development/Space Low with shortage zone of the cultural and urban meeting centres at district level (1.600 m and 20 min. walking or 8 min. cycling). The deficit zone is the residential area that represents the opposite of the given range zone. This data layer shall be updated annually in January, provided that the provision is managed and updated annually by the competent sector/service. The facility has a certain range based on walking distance, taking into account important barriers (water, ring, highway, rail,...) and safe crossings for weak road users (tunnels, bridges, crossroads with traffic lights). A neighbourhood and neighbourhood facility is given a walking distance of respectively 400 meters and 800 meters (resp. 5 and 10 min walk). Facilities that operate on district (district or postal code) have a range of 1600 meters (20 min walk or 8 min cycling). The supply shortage zone reflects those residential areas (including the planned residential areas) that are out of reach (400 or 800 m and 1 600 m) of a facility. In order to eliminate the deficit zone, new facilities should be planted in the vicinity of this deficit zone. This allows the policy to plan a balanced spatial distribution of facilities based on walking distance. &Creation Date: 2008-01-01T00:00:00 &Publication date: 2018-01-01T00:00:00 & Revision Date: 2021-01-01T00:00:00  Update frequency: yearly & Management: Virge Smets &Contact: [email protected]
