Dataset description

In the autumn of 2012, a user survey has been carried out at the libraries, cultural centres and sports facilities of the City of Copenhagen. The study was initiated by the Executive Board of the Culture and Recreation Administration and carried out by the Service Centre with the help of the institutions. The purpose of the study was to identify the use and satisfaction of all government institutions, to establish a valid data base for management information, benchmark and development, to investigate potentials in relation to user involvement and volunteering. Data is not weighted and therefore not limited. Data will not be updated. The survey has been carried out over a period of 8 weeks, where 6000 paper questionnaires have been provided to users at 64 institutions/facilities in the Culture and Leisure Administration. A total of 5859 users participated in the survey. The target group is users over 13 years of age.
