Dataset description

From the national and provincial policy it is indicated for certain fixed area delimitations (‘contours’) which spatial functions are/are not allowed. The contours are laid down in the Airport Classification Decree (LIB, 2014 and in the amended Provincial Spatial Regulation (PRV) of Noord-Holland (1 March 2017). The Schiphol Airport Classification Decree (LIB) sets out the requirements for the area near the airport. The 20 Ke contains a larger area. The most important contours are: — The LIB-4 restricted area for new homes due to noise. The 20 Ke urbanisation contour from the PRV is not permitted in this area, except for existing use (“existing use exists if a building is lawfully present at the site in question on 20 February 2003 and used in accordance with the space e-purpose note, or a building permit has been granted before 20 February 2003...”) — The 20 Ke urbanisation contour from the PRV. Within this housing construction is as far as the location falls into existing urban area and a careful consideration has been made with regard to aviation noise. ### More information - http://wetten.overheid.nl/BWBR0014329/2015-11-04 - https://www.noord-holland.nl/Onderwerpen/Ruimtelijke_inrichting/Structuurvisie_en_PRV #### Enrichment Around Schiphol there are restrictions on housing construction.
