Dataset description

The Territorial Pharmaceutical Unit (UTF) is the geographical demarcation of pharmaceutical resource planning. It consists of municipal groups that are obtained through publication of the list of municipalities of Andalusia grouped by UTF in B.O.J.A. According to Law 22/2007, of 18 December, they are created as a basic instrument of territorial planning of pharmacy offices, although it is the Order of 23 October 2008 that establishes the pharmaceutical territorial units for the planning of pharmacy offices. The information collected at scale 1:100,000 is created and stored in GIS format, updated as necessary since 2008 in the Ministry of Health, the body responsible for information.
