Photo collection: Hiking bird — Swiss Confederation for non-alcoholic youth hikes

This early youth movement sought and found its freedom in nature: playing in the forest, dancing in the meadow and hiking in the mountains. Very important was the community, the joint spending of sparse free time. It also dominates ring dances, music making together, large theatre performances on open-air stages. Highlights in the hiking bird life were the big rides and the “Landsgemeinden”. The selection of **photos** (the entire inventory is much more extensive) takes into account the whole spectrum of these activities. As far as possible, all the local groups and geographical areas visited were included.
