Dataset description

In November 2005, the UMWELTBÜRO KLAGENFURT was commissioned by the NATIONALPARK Gesäuse to assist in the preparation of the management plan Johnsbach. The aim of the contract is to revise the existing submission project of the WLV (Johnsbach 1999) in line with the mission statement of the National Park (promoting the natural dynamics). As the Johnsbach is located in the NATURA 2000 area, the protective goods (FFH, VSRL) should be increasingly taken into account. An optimisation of the measures of the existing ecological technical planning (ecological technical planning for the construction concept Johnsbach. Petutschnig et al. 1999) is being sought. The aim is to improve the original project again from an ecological point of view.
