All INFORMATION ADDITIONAL AB 12.1.2023 UNTER https://www.parlament.gv.at/OPENDATA The subject-matter of negotiations is divided into different types of documents (e.g. decisions, committee reports, requests). This data set contains decisions of the Federal Council (= final decision-making of the plenary of the Bundesrat). Decisions of the Federal Council correspond to those of the National Council, as the Bundesrat cannot adopt amendments. Title: Refers to the subject matter of the legislative initiative adopted. Link: Leads to the history page, which provides an overview of the date of parliamentary decision-making in the National Council and the Bundesrat. Description: Updated: Means the last change date/action in the Parliamentary Procedure; Date of resolution in plenary of the Bundesrat. Type: Denotes the type of subject-matter of the negotiations (decision of the National Council). No.: Negotiation items are identified with one consecutive number per type. Status: Describes the state of the parliamentary procedure (decided in the National Council or decided in the Bundesrat).
