Dataset description
The forest development plan is an expert opinion on the functions of the entire Austrian forest on a forest-law basis. This expert report on the functions of the forest provides comprehensive forest-ecological, economic and social foundations for forest policy and rural cultural decisions.
Forest areas, which are defined according to criteria other than those of the forest effect descriptions according to the Forest Act, are so-called pointer areas.
