Maize areas designated in accordance with Section 16(4)(d) of the Spatial Planning Act. The municipal council may, at the request of an owner, authorise the use of the residential part of a maize building by decision if the building is located in a maize, apron or alpine area designated by the municipal council, the local agricultural management of the agricultural land belonging to the applicant is secured in that area and the farm buildings are maintained.
