Dataset description

With this report, the Federal Environment Agency provides public buyers with basics for building tenders to reduce emissions of air pollutants at construction sites. Possible measures to reduce air pollution, derived from Austrian and European guides and studies, will be examined in this document as to whether they are practicable and feasible and whether they can be controlled. The legal situation in the case of procurements and already implemented requirements as well as compliance with them at construction sites are also collected. To support calls for tenders, the Report offers text modules that include award criteria, suitability and must criteria and contractual clauses with sanctions, as well as building site traffic, recycling and demolition work.
