The dataset contains the following components: Business park: These are the designated areas as they actually exist. The basis of these contours is the most recent digital zoning plans with economic destination, expanded with the actual contours of use parcels that connect in one block to the terrain and thus form part of the business zone as in reality known. Business park plot: Overview of the use parcels within a business park for which information is collected on buildings, function, use and availability and, if known, supplemented with information on bottlenecks (restrictions). Plots of use refer to the visually observable plot (whether or not built up) which may consist of one or more cadastral plots. Business parkperceelaanbieding: Plots that are offered for sale or for rent. Contains a reference to the plot of use, the offering organisation and the website where the plot is offered. Registered organisation: a table containing the data of all organisations acting as the provider of a business park plot or as a developer or manager of a business park. Developable business zone: designated (partial) sites with an ongoing development or (partial) sites that have not (yet) been developed. Managed business zone: A (part of) a business park in which a form of management is present. This can be a point of contact, digital management or legal management. Planning area with economic destination (business site planning): overview of future economic zones or transformation of existing zones into a non-economic destination from design (re)use plans of a public nature. These are plans at the stage where the date of the plenary is known or of which the plenary has already taken place.
