DSI — Register Plan Compensation

The Register of Plan Compensations provides an overview of areas where a change of destination is carried out that may give rise to planning benefits, plan damage, capital damage or user damage. A new plan that gives a land a new or modified destination may affect the value of that land. Plan damage, capital damage and user damage are financial arrangements whereby the government compensates for the depreciation of land as a result of a change in the plan. In the plan benefit scheme, the citizen pays a tax on the added value which is given by a change in the plan. The register has only an informative and indicative meaning.
