Dataset description

This dataset contains the digital vectorial version of all contours of spatial plans and regulations, both finally approved and formatted. Each regulation is defined by its outline. Each plan is delimited by its outline. This outline concerns the geometric enveloping of all containing layers of the plan. It has been conceptually decided to draw a buffer around any line elements that do not occur within a ground plane to allow it to be included within the enveloping contour. To this plan contour layer, the administrative data of the plan are included in the attributes.
