economic consolidation of federal government revenues

The economic grouping is a synthesis, according to their economic nature, of the budgetary operations of the various entities of the central government (federal power, regions, Communities and Community Commissions) and of the public units belonging to the scope of consolidation of these entities according to the list of public sector units published by the Institute of National Accounts. In this table, only the economic consolidation of federal power is retained. The economic grouping serves as the basis for the Institute of National Accounts (ICN) for the integration of each entity’s budgetary operations into the general government account. The balance of each entity’s economic grouping (known as Working Balance) will be the balance from which the ICN will work to establish the ESA balance of each entity. The economic classification was updated in March 2017 to take into account the impact of the transition to ESA2010.
