Dataset description

Annual evolution per area of the number of small and large signals on the Infrabel network. Small or large signal, what's the difference? Large signals are light signals that are always elevated and are intended for large and small movements. Warning signals are included in this category. Small stop signals are light signals that are placed flush with the ground and are aimed at small movements (manoeuvring) using white lights with fixed illumination. These signals are a very important element for the safety and management of rail traffic.
