Dataset description
Location and address details of homes listed on the Flemish inventory of unsuitable and uninhabitable homes. The data is updated daily. The following types occur: houses declared unsuitable and/or uninhabitable by the mayor on the basis of book 3 in the Flemish Codex Wonen of 2021 and homes declared uninhabitable by the mayor on the basis of Article 135 of the New Municipal Law. A decision on inappropriateness and/or inhabitability is issued if a home does not meet the minimum standards of safety, health and housing quality. This can be done for single-family homes, apartments, as well as rooms. In one building, several homes can therefore be listed on the inventory.
