Flood sensitive areas 2017 — (Water test), correction 13/07/2017

In the context of the water test, a fourth version of the map has been created showing the flood-prone areas up to the plot level for the whole Flemish Region. The map contains the effective flood-prone areas (dark blue layer) and the potentially flood sensitive areas (light blue layer). In this new version, the effective flood-prone areas were processed with information from new and updated flood areas, in addition to the other local floods between 2006 and now.On 1 July 2017, an adaptation to the water test implementing decision took effect. The amendments to the decree adopted by the Flemish Government on 15 May 2017 must ensure this. Unlike the previous versions, the 2017 version is a vector file
