Dataset description

Homeless people can benefit once in their lives from the installation premium. Homeless persons who do not have their accommodation, who are unable to obtain it by his own means and who therefore have no place of residence, or who reside temporarily in a foster home pending the provision of accommodation, shall be regarded as homeless. Homeless persons, by agreeing to settle in housing, enjoy the right to social integration as well as an intervention by the CPAS in their installation costs. Three legal bases form the basis for installation premiums: [1] amending the Ministerial Order of 30 January 1995 regulating the reimbursement by the State of costs relating to the aid granted by the CPAS and amending the Ministerial Circular of 14 April 1999.
