Number of checks and infringements on public roads by AGD & A mobile services

This table summarises, by calendar year and by type of control, the following: • the number of checks on public roads carried out by the mobile services of AGD & A • the number of infringements recorded by the mobile services of the AGD & A Remunerated freight transport: A person who carries out a transport of things by road by means of a vehicle must have a valid transport licence or equivalent document. Transport of mineral oils: transport of fuel (other than in the tank) Regulations for the carriage of goods: presence of the following valid documents: Registration certificate, driving and rest time, RC insurance, technical inspection, transport document (CRM). VAT checks at garage owners: customs officers check whether the garage operator complies with the rules governing the keeping of a register of the registration numbers of vehicles present in his garage. Red gazoil: The diesel that is called diesel can be used both as fuel, so power a car engine, or as fuel therefore to power a boiler. The only difference between the two is that there is a colouring to distinguish fuel from fuel; when it is combustible, it is red. When taking samples from the tank of a car, if it appears red, it is diesel that should have been used as fuel and not as fuel.
