Where the debtor is unable to pay his tax and non-tax debts in the long term, he may request indefinite continuation of the recovery. In the event of a favourable decision, the payment of part of his debts shall no longer be claimed on condition that he makes the immediate or instalmented payment of a sum. In the last two years, marked by the coronavirus crisis, the number of applications has decreased. This is due to the fact that, during this crisis, specific support measures were granted and recovery was suspended during certain periods and in respect of certain categories of persons liable.
