The right to social assistance (DAS), reimbursed by the Federal State under the Act of 2 April 1965 on the care of assistance granted by public welfare centres, may take various forms (aid in kind, financial assistance, guidance, etc.). The most important aspects are: Persons who do not qualify for the right to social integration may apply for the right to social assistance.
