Format of information provision -.excel The table contains a list of the contracts concluded by the Central Purchasing Body/CPC/framework agreements for the award of goods and services — subject to public procurement contracts, which have been awarded by the CPC for the needs of the executive authorities under Council of Ministers Decree No 385/2015. The table indicates the duration, maximum value and contractors of the framework agreements concluded by the CPC, as well as a hyperlink to the buyer profile. Legislation — Public Procurement Act (PPA); Council of Ministers Decree No 385/2015 Concepts and definitions: CPC — Central Purchasing Body — is established by an act of the Council of Ministers for the needs of the administrations of the executive power; PPA — Public Procurement Act; Council of Ministers Decree — Decree of the Council of Ministers; FWC — Framework Agreement — Technique/Public Procurement Instrument, based on the conduct of the procedures provided for in the Public Procurement Act; A framework agreement shall be concluded between one or more contracting entities and one or more contractors in order to determine the terms of the contracts to be awarded during a given period, including prices and, where possible, quantities.
