Register of authorised persons who hold a certificate for carrying out collection, checking for leakage, installation and maintenance or servicing of equipment and appliances containing or relying on ozone-depleting substances or fluorinated greenhouse gases, in accordance with the Ordinance on training of persons performing the collection, checking of leakage, installation and maintenance or servicing of equipment and devices containing or relying on ozone-depleting substances or fluorinated greenhouse gases (OG 3/13). List of authorised persons holding a certificate to carry out collection, checking for leakage, installation and maintenance or servicing of equipment and appliances containing or relying on ozone-depleting substances or fluorinated greenhouse gases. Legal basis: Air Protection Act (NN Nos 130/11, 47/14), Regulation on substances that deplete the ozone layer and fluorinated greenhouse gases (OG 90/14), Ordinance on training of persons performing the activity of collecting, checking for leakage, installation and maintenance or servicing of equipment and devices containing or relying on ozone-depleting substances or fluorinated greenhouse gases (OG 3/13). Targeted beneficiaries: employees of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Energy and the Croatian Environment and Nature Agency, inspection services, professional and other interested public.
