Within the framework of their strategic objective of expanding their activities and broadening their social policy, in line with the general policy to improve the quality of public services offered by the State to citizens, the Cyprus Post Office has provided from 1 July 2015, Citizen Centre Services (K.PO.).
The use of the existing postal network, a network that is familiar and easily accessible to the citizen, was taken into account for the provision of the K.P.PO services. To this end, the four District Post Offices, Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca and Paphos were refurbished and upgraded in order to create visitor-friendly and user-friendly spaces in their service.
The aim of the operation of K.P.PO is to enable the citizen to be served to the greatest extent possible for a large part of the public service from one service point, thus avoiding moving from one service to another and unnecessary red tape.
