Dataset description

Short summary in English: Dataset contains areas is protected by the law — Nature protection act §51. Areas is appointed by the minister. https://www.retsinformation.dk/Forms/R0710.aspx?id=207969 Danish. The theme includes sites protected by order of the Minister, who at the time was responsible for the nature conservation/nature conservation area. Today, the provision is contained in Section 51 of the Nature Conservation Act. It follows from that provision that the Order may be issued in respect of State-owned land as well as in the territorial waters of the sea and the fishing territory. These Orders are administered by the Nature Agency and do not concern the jurisdiction of the Conservation Boards. Under earlier versions of the nature conservation legislation, it was also possible to issue conservation orders for species or communities of plants or animals, as well as for geological formations — such orders are also found in the layer. The objects in the theme link to a copy of that notice. It should be noted that the geographical information (polygons) is of fluctuating quality and is of a directional nature.
