Dataset description

Municipalities are obliged to report local plans to Plandata.dk. ‘PARAGRAPH 13. The municipal council may provide local plans in accordance with the rules laid down in Chapter 6. A local plan shall not conflict with: 1) the municipal plan; 2. rules or decisions under Sections 3 and 5j; 3. published draft rules under Sections 3 and 5j, cf. Section 22a(1); 4) a Natura 2000 plan, cf. the Act on environmental objectives, etc. for international nature protection areas (Environmental Objectives Act), an action plan under Section 46a of the same Act or rules issued pursuant to Section 36(3) of that Act; 5. rules on programme of measures issued on the basis of the Water Planning Act; 6. a municipal risk management plan in accordance with Chapter 3 of the Law on the assessment and management of flood risks from rivers and lakes and the Order on the assessment and risk management of floods from the sea, fjords or other parts of the territorial sea; 7. a Natura 2000 forest plan in accordance with Chapter 4 of the Forests Act; 8. a raw materials plan, cf. Section 5a of the Raw Materials Act; or 9. the marine plan provided for in the Maritime Spatial Planning Act or proposals for a new marine plan, or proposals for amendments to the marine plan, once the proposal has been published for consultation. Paragraph 2.
