The Floods Directive (Directive 2007/60/EC on flood risk assessment and management). The purpose of the Directive is to reduce the negative impact of floods by establishing guidelines for the assessment and management of flood risk. The Floods Directive is divided into three levels: 1. The Plantrin: The assessment and designation of areas where there is a potential significant flood risk or, where it is likely, 2. The Plantrin: Preparation of flood hazard maps and flood risk maps in the designated risk areas. 3. The Plantrin: Preparation of risk management plans for the designated risk areas. In the first plan step, general areas are designated and relate to sub-areas that can be flooded and where there may be damage of more than DKK 2 billion and where more than 500 addresses are affected. 2010-2015: 1. Plantrin (2010-2011) 2. Plantrin (2012-2013) 3. Plantrin (2014-2015) 2016-2021: 1. The Plantrin 2. The Plantrin 3. The Plantrin
