Dataset description

Act on environmental objectives, etc. for bodies of water. Static extraction from DAI 5/4-2013. Data is not updated. Nature Conservation Act, Chapter 6 (Sections 33-51), lbk No 933 of 24 September 2009. The theme contains areas or sites which are protected by the implementation of a conservation case in accordance with the provisions of the Nature Conservation Act Chapter 6 (or older nature conservation laws), as well as in certain cases conservations of the earlier date carried out by e.g. registered declaration. The theme consists of objects associated with a reg. no. (themed text 2), which are used as identification in relation to the Central Peace Register. However, there are also a number of objects collected by the counties in connection with changes due to the municipal reform that are not associated with a central identification code. In some cases, there may be overlaps between the two types of objects. For most objects, there is a link to scanned conservation decisions and exemptions. This link is located at the bottom of the object information box. It should be emphasised that geographical information can only be regarded as guiding, since only the conservation decisions are legally applicable. Read more about the data base on the Danish Environmental Protection Agency’s website for conservation and the Central Peace Register. The theme is under continuous quality assurance and updating in dialogue with actors in the conservation area. Data is not updated.
