Dataset description

PlansystemDK contains plans under the Planning Act. Local authorities and governments report plans. Everyone can see and pick up plans. The plans can also be seen on the Danish Environmental Portal. ### Municipalities report and are responsible for the quality of: — local plans (as well as town planning regulations and other historical plans) — municipal plans — municipal planning frameworks (areas that provide a framework for local plans) — municipal plan supplement — municipal planning strategies — zone map — urban and rural zone and holiday home areas — municipal plan guidelines on nature, retail trade, cultural and landscape interest, etc. (see Section 11a of the Planning Act) ### The state is responsible for other plant maes that appear in the system, e.g.: — coastal zone (around 3 km wide planning zone along the coasts outside the urban zone) — beach protection line (300 m coastal protection zone) — national planning directives ### For all plans is available: — information on the plans (identification and characteristics) — the current planning document (pdf format). — surface area (geographical extent) shown on map. — search options by plans, addresses, cadastrals, etc. — the possibility of searching for the plans applicable to an address, a cadastral or a registered area; — ability to download plans (download) mm.
