Flash Eurobarometer 411: Cross-border access to online content

Modernisation of copyright is one of the key initiatives announced by the European Commission in its Digital Single Market Strategy of May 2015. In particular, the Commission is planning to ensure portability of and facilitate cross-border access to online content services.
