Dataset description
Forestry reproductive material within the Community may not be marketed unless it is of one of four categories specified by legislation and only approved basic material may be used for its production if the material is to be marketed. Basic material must be approved by an official body as fulfilling minimum requirements laid down in legislation which allows for local conditions. Data is collated in the form of a Community List is drawn up on the basis of national lists ensuring strict production and marketing conditions are adhered to at EU level.
