Children in criminal judicial proceedings - comparative information on training

Here you can find comparative information on training for all the EU28 Member States on the basis of information collected from national and international databases. The data is available on e.g: - Legal obligation to provide multidisciplinary training (as part of capacity building programme) to all professionals who work for and with children on the rights and needs of children of different age groups as well as on proceedings that are adapted to them; - Existence of initial training programmes for all professions who work for and with children involved in criminal proceedings; - Legal obligation to provide training to professionals having direct contact with children in communicating with them at all ages and stages of development, as well as with children in situations of particular vulnerability.
