[DISCONTINUED] Transposition deficit

The product has been discontinued since: 08 Feb 2018. The transposition deficit shows the percentage of Single Market directives not yet notified (as national transposition measures) to the Commission in relation to the total number of directives that should have been notified by the deadline. The indicator can be considered as a measure of policy coherence between the EU and the Member States. In 2007, the European Council adopted a target of 1%. The transposition deficit is one of the indicators of the EU Internal Market Scoreboard and is updated twice a year, in May and November. Here, we refer to November data for each given year.
