Dataset description

The procresult authority table is a controlled vocabulary that presents concepts relating to the results of a case or procedure following the delivery of the decision. The  procresult authority table (legal proceeding result) is used together with the procjur authority table (legal proceeding). The table provides an authority code, the start-use date of the concept and labels in all official EU languages. The concepts are used for the production of reports of cases before the Court and to publish the case-law on the EUR-Lex site.   The procresult authority table is used in an IMMC extension for which only one institution is the source (Court of Justice). The table is maintained by the Publications Office of the European Union in the Metadata Registry (EU Vocabularies website).   More detailed information can be obtained from the Rules of Procedure of the courts, available on the website of the Court of Justice of the European Union:  Rules of Procedure of the Court of Justice (25-9-2012):  https://curia.europa.eu/jcms/upload/docs/application/pdf/2012-10/rp_en.pdf Rules of procedure of the General Court (4-3-2015):  https://curia.europa.eu/jcms/upload/docs/application/pdf/2018-11/tra-doc-en-div-t-0000-2018-201810296-05_01.pdf
