The Data Protection Officer is required to keep a register of all the processing operations on personal data carried out by the Institution which has appointed him/her.The Register, which must contain information explaining the purpose and conditions of all processing operations, is accessible to any interested person.In a spirit of transparency, the Commission has therefore decided to put its Register on-line, while making it clear that any person who doesn't have access to the Internet can inspect the register in the Commission's premises, upon request to the Data Protection Officer of the Commission.
