Dataset description

The dataset is a collection of multilingual entries related to the SARS-CoV-2 virus and the COVID-19 pandemic, available in [IATE](https://iate.europa.eu/home), the European Union terminology database. It is a compilation of entries based on the work of terminologists from the different translation services of the EU institutions. The dataset contains snapshots of the pandemic-related content available in IATE taken on: * 29 April 2020 - 270 unique entries; * 28 July 2020 - 458 unique entries; * 20 October 2020 - 653 unique entries; * 11 March 2021 - 730 unique entries. The IATE database is continuously being updated by EU terminologists, and remains the reference source of choice.
