Open data service of Helsinki Metropolitan Area, Helsinki Region Infoshare (hri.fi), conducts an annual survey of the use of open data available through the service. The survey inquires about how open data has been used, which formats have been used and asks for suggestions to improve the distribution of open data.
The survey has been conducted for three consecutive years (2020-2022). The content of the survey has remained the same these years. Online surveys were available for participation from January 24th to February 28th, 2022, January 25th to February 21st, 2021 and January 14th to January 24th, 2020. The surveys were advertised in hri.fi, social media channels, as well as in the newsletter.
The anonymised responses to the survey are provided in a single file. Responses from different years can be distinguished between each other based on the value of the “year” column.
You can familiarise yourself with the questions of the survey [from this document](https://www.hel.fi/hel2/tietokeskus/data/dokumentit/HRI_n_kysely_avoimen_datan_hyödyntamisesta_2022_kysymyslomake.pdf) (only in Finnish). All the answers are published except for answers to questions 5, 10 and 11.
