City of Helsinki procurements

The City of Helsinki’s purchases (services, materials and supplies, fixed assets) from 2012 onwards. The data is updated monthly to [CSV files] (http://openspending.hel.ninja/files/ostot/).Stara and HKR’s data will be included in the CSV data as of 03/2017. The data is currently missing from HKL because they have a separate system in place. Data have also been opened as files for several years: — The CSV compilation file containing data from the period 6/2017 contains data at monthly accuracy. The data are aggregated at industry/business, supplier and account level. The data for the previous month will be updated to the download file automatically in the middle of the next month. In connection with the organisational reform of the City of Helsinki on 1 June 1.6.2017, the agencies turned into fields of activity, so the administrative municipalities column contains organisations that conform to both the previous and the current organisational structure. The data enables the assessment of procurement (purchases) of the city’s agencies and industries at supplier and account levels.
