Genom and not samlas det in information av invånarna om hur de upplever att stadens tjänster är tillgängliga runtom i staden och hur tjänsternas tillgänglighet kunde förbättras, till exempel genom att utvecklas olit att att sköta ärenden. MED tillgänglighet avses både att e-tjänsterna är Lätta att använda och hitta och att är enkelt att ta sig till service (till exempel Daghemmet, Hälsocentralen, Skolan eller lekplatsen).
