Distance width (road register data type 136)

The data cover the road network maintained by the Finnish Transport Agency. The width of the roadway means the width of the part intended for vehicle traffic on the road. On paved roads, the roadway is often separated from the ladders with a white borderline. If a borderline is missing, the width of the roadway on paved roads shall be the same as the width of the pavement, unless it is clearly apparent from the coating layer, etc., that part of the pavement belongs to the small area.
