Separate detached houses include dwellings of 1-2 dwellings, semi-detached houses and separate residential buildings comparable to detached houses (e.g. permanently inhabited leisure dwellings). Row houses and chain houses include residential buildings with at least three detached houses connected to one. Apartment blocks include at least three dwellings where at least two apartments are located on top of each other and which do not belong to the previous categories. Other or unknown type of house includes, for example, dwellings in commercial and office buildings as well as buildings whose type of house is unknown. Year of construction refers to the year in which the building was ready for use. If the year of construction is earlier than 1980, it has been possible to indicate the year of renovation for the year of construction.
