Helsingfors quarter

The Helsinki Quarters data have been compiled from the [zoning units](https://hri.fi/data/fi/dataset/helsingin-kaavayksikot) maintained by City Survey Services, whose condition is “Voimassa” and from the characteristics of the municipal register. Blocks are formed by combining geometry with the same block code. The zoning unit is the smallest unit reserved for a specific purpose in a town plan. The purpose of the material has been reclassified for data protection reasons. The material is also available for download in several formats, including: JSON, KML, GIF, Tiff, GeoTiff, JPEG, PNG, CSV, Esri Shape.
