The reference architecture describes how the generalised HR processes, stakeholders, roles, main data and IT services work as a whole. The reference architecture is a supplier-neutral and product-independent overall description of the target state of HR management. The development of human resources management, data management and information systems should be implemented within the framework provided by the reference architecture.
