Dataset description
The Kainuu Phase 1 regional plan applies to the shooting and training areas of the Finnish Defence Forces and their noise areas. The first phase provincial plan of Kainuu was approved by the Kainuu Regional Council on 19 March 2012 and the Ministry of the Environment confirmed the 1st phase regional plan on 19 July 2013. On 16 February 2015, the Korkein hallinto-oikeus (Supreme Administrative Court) dismissed the appeals against the provincial plan (KHO: Volume number 384, Dial number 2683/1/13, 2687/1/13).
