Kanta-Häme county plan 2040 in a uniform data model

The regional plan is presented on the map with a plan on the principles of land use and urban structure, as well as on the areas necessary for the development of the county. The Kanta-Häme regional plan is a general plan for the use of areas in the region. It is a plan that coordinates land use and coordinates different public authorities’ land use plans. The regional plan creates the conditions for a good living environment, promotes the development of a regionally appropriate regional and urban structure, the ecological sustainability of land use, environmentally and economically sustainable transport and technical management arrangements, the sustainable use of water and soil resources, the promotion of the operating conditions of the provincial economy, the preservation of the landscape, natural values and cultural heritage, and ensuring the adequacy of areas suitable for recreation. The data is visualised according to the HAME data model, which differs from the visualisation of confirmed regional plans. Skirt visualisation is based on commonly agreed regional planning markings developed in the HAME project (Harmonised regional planning as e-services).
