Kassu — Finnish names of plants -ontology

Ontology provides a comprehensive collection of Finnish names and their scientific equivalents. Ontology includes species names from all over the world, as well as a comprehensive number of horticultural and crop names. The temporal change in the biological nomenclature has been taken into account in Kassu’s data model so that the chains of change of names can be traced. The last valid name will appear in the searches. Kassu is available for download as a file containing both SKOS and OWL language versions. The Owl format is the preferred option if you want to use ontology on your own machine.
