National definitions of spontaneous feedback

National definitions of spontaneous feedback include a concept description and requirements at national level, primarily for the creation of a spontaneous feedback model for social and health care. The operating model is built to be industry-independent. The HyvisSADe co-operation project carried out localisation and piloting of definitions. As a result of co-operation with the national definition and the work carried out by Hyvis, as well as practical experience, a general operating model guidance was prepared for national dissemination, which can be used by other organisations as a model for the collection and processing of spontaneous feedback.
