Dataset description
Nocturnal upward direct or reflected lighting (nW/cm²/sr) in the Helsinki metropolitan area. The photos were taken in May 2014.
The material was completed in the Decumanus project and was produced by Eurosense, a Belgian company specialising in spatial data services, using NOAA satellite images as a starting material.
