Dataset description

The Plantplankton interface contains public announcements of algae blooms and observations made by microscopy of algae samples submitted in connection with the notifications. In addition, the names and sizes of phytoplanktonxones used in quantitative phytoplankton surveys of the national monitoring of obligations and water authorities are available through the interface. The results of these quantitative studies are available in the phytoplankton information system of SYKE’s Open Information Service.
